Home For Life is a volunteer program operated by Community Connection. The program offers assistance to isolated people, mainly seniors. Home For Life recruits, trains and supports volunteers who provide friendly visiting and assistance to people who need help to remain confident in their home, enabling them to stay in their homes for as long as possible.
Some of the assistance provided by volunteers is friendly visiting, grocery shopping and driving to local appointments. Home For Life volunteers improve people’s lives.
